Sipat Lawin Ensemble, a Manila-based edge-work independent performance company creating relevant new works for and with communities here and abroad. Changing the landscape of theater in the Philippines, we aim to develop contemporary community theater experiences shared among artists and audiences inside and outside the four walls of the theater. Collaborating with Sipat Lawin Ensemble for the Gobyerno Project are artists Ralph Lumbres, Brandon Relucio, and David Finnigan.
